RETURN/ CHANGE / REPLACEMENT

a) All products purchased from the website mihalakis.gr can be returned for replacement / change with a larger or smaller number or change / replacement in the selection of the product, if there are available stocks.
In case of change by courier the customer will be charged with the return and shipping costs (which amount to 5 euros). In any case, the customer can contact the store by phone or mihalakis.gr via e-mail to regulate the shipping process, having the right to choose a different product of equal or greater value.

b) Returned products must be in their original packaging. If for any reason the outer packaging bag is lost, you must use another bag of your choice, so that the inner packaging is adequately protected.

c) The returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents received by the customer upon receipt. The new product that the customer chose for the change will be sent after receiving the original and if the store checks that the above conditions are met. It is reminded that the product must be in its original condition (not used or damaged).

d) Changes will be accepted provided that the customer will inform the store within 14 days of receipt of the product.
